  • Estimated delivery time: 10–20 business days after shipping.
  • Delivery times vary slightly by product type:
    • Small household items: 10–15 business days
    • Medium furniture: 12–18 business days
    • Large furniture: 15–20 business days

  • Extended delays may apply to remote or rural areas.

Shipping Coverage


We currently ship to addresses within the United States and most international regions. For specific country availability, please check at checkout.

Order Tracking


Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You may also track your order in the “My Account” section on our website.

Delivery Inspection


Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If furniture or items are damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact our support team within 48 hours with photos or video evidence. We will arrange a replacement, return, or refund accordingly.

Unavailable Destinations


We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted regions without prior confirmation.
